All products are made to order, which means designs are created based on the information you provide.
Please double‑check all spellings, dates, colours and details before approving your final design. Once approved, FS Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors.
You will receive a digital proof before anything is printed.
Production will only begin once you confirm that you’re happy with the design.
Any changes requested after approval may incur additional costs.
As everything is handmade and personalised, processing times may vary.
Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the time of ordering, but busy periods may affect this.
If you need something urgently, please let us know—we’ll always try our best to help.
Full payment is required before work begins on personalised items.
Payments are non‑refundable once design work has started.
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are not available once a design has been created or approved.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours so we can put it right.
We use trusted delivery services, but once your order has been dispatched, delays or issues caused by the courier are outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
All designs created by FS Designs remain our intellectual property.
